Fed:Turnbull should come clean on own deficit strategy: Rudd

KEVIN RUDD's demanding the opposition come clean on its stance on budget deficits and
government borrowings.

He says all governments in Australia and around the world are wrestling with a collapse
of taxation revenues because of the global recession.

To offset this .. the prime minister says the government's engaging in a temporary
deficit and temporary borrowings.

The opposition continues to attack this strategy .. but Mr RUDD says coalition leader
MALCOLM TURNBULL should get fair dinkum about his own 177 billion dollar deficit and debt
strategy.
